Does anyone know anything about the development in front of the Mar y Sol? My mother is over there at present and they have been given the details of this development. It is going to be as high as the Mar Y Sol - we were told they were building bungalows in front which were to be only one or two levels. We are overlooking the orange fields but it may spoil the views for the apartments facing the other way.

I belive it's called Brisas del Mar. According to a plan recently dragged out of Palaciosmar it streaches along the whole frontage of blocks 4 & 5 and most of block 3. It is not clear from the plan whether it is apartments or bungalows overlooking the public terraced area

If you look on the Palacios Mar web site - www.palaciosmar.com , click the British flag, click current properties and it will bring up Brisas del Mar 1 + 2. Click the tick on the far right and it will bring up details including artist impression of aerial view. We believe Brisas del Mar 1 is directly in front of Mar y Sol and looks like apartments rather than bungalows. Brisas 2 seems to be at 90 degrees to this, facing main Formentera road.

Hi all
Brisa del mar 1 is a development of apartments 4 floors high ,built in 4 sections 2 blocks back to back with the pool and garden area off the centre, which will be visable from mar y sol , if you look on the photos of the foundations you will see a lower area showing lighter in shade, this will be the foundation for the pool and garden area.

Hi Nick.Linda ,Alan and everyone at Mar y Sol the forum for the Brisas Del Mar development has now been started so you can down load any photos, information etc, hopefully l can keep you informed as this progresses to its affects on Mar y Sol.Regards Pat
