Once we have completed on our property - who organises the furniture package to be delivered and installed?  Or is it already installed before completion by the builder?, or do we have to organise the delivery and installation ourselves?

Yes it is delivered and installed by the builder after completion along with the white goods , but check out the washing machine to see that it has been connected properly before you use it.

Including disconnecting the water exhaust pipe from the sink and making sure they have taken out the blanking disc !

And make sure the transit bars have been removed.

Thanks for the info. We think completion might be the end of March. We are awaiting info from our solicitor, who has power of attorney. We will make sure to check washing machine !

Did you know that you can go to Arca's showroom and change the package if you don't like anything? We took the 1500 euro value and bought better quality, but less quantity.

One thing we did come unstuck with though and I would warn you to double-check before you make the same mistake: the furniture package includes 2 single beds for the 2nd bedroom, but they don't fit into the room!!!!!  We now have two single bed bases that we aren't going to use and are now going to look for bunk beds. Even the Spanish beds only leave you about 1ft at the end to get past.

If anyone is interested in these single bed bases, let me know and I'll work out a cheap price, which will give you more to spend in Arca.
