We signed our deeds last Wednesday (21st March) and moved in on the same day. The furniture (what little we had ordered) arrived that afternoon, so we had a bed to sleep on.
To our knowledge 3 other people also took possession last week and they all seem very friendly people. We have found the finish to be good although we did have a minor problem with the electrics, but it was fixed on the same day.
It was a bit chilly in the evenings, but as Palacios are still paying for our electricity, we didn't mind leaving the heaters on all night!
The sun terrace on the roof was still having some work done and the pool was only full of rainwater and (apparently) mosquito larvae, but I didn't get close enough to check.
Although there's loads of work still going on - completion of blocks 1,2,4 & 5, and the new block opposite, it's relatively tidy and not very noisy (although our apartment is at the back). I do know one couple have taken possession in Block 2, but haven't actually moved in.
The on-site bar is very good. They do a great menu, plus tapas at very reasonable prices. It's also worth remembering that it's staggering distance from the front door.
