I was planning on completing on the apartment over the next 2 weeks. I wonder does this mean i will have to await for the builder returns for this to happen

My husband spoke to Kevin who lives in block 2, he said the builders are stll on site and working but they are due to take the holidays, he thinks at the end of the week for 2-3 weeks.

Just wanted to confirm that people are paying VAT(7%) on the full value of the apartment rather than 80% of the apartment

According to our solicitor, this practice is being outlawed since 1st January 2007.

Pay the VAT on the whole amount. It may save you in the long run.
