More Community Problems

Very pleased and surprised with recent progress ! Sports centre well on the way to completion. Clubhouse about to open. New motorway about to open with dedicated exit for HDA. Hotel construction started. Impressive entrance completed. Landscaping of golf course much improved.

This will be a proper resort soon.

Some complaints. Could not get a drink at 10:30pm anywhere on the resort. The Spaniard Inn was shut and the IT bar was closing. Wake up Armilar this is peak holiday season ! With the money you have spent on this resort surely you could run these facilities at a loss for a few years !

Second golf course still not started.

Race track still being used at weekends ( mid August 2007 ) had to go to the beach to get away from the noise. Be very careful if you plan to complete on a Los Olivos apartment ( unless you like to watch motorcycle racing up close during your holidays ! )

Overall very pleased with progress though.

I agree and have no doubt this is going to be the best resort in the area. It will however take time as it is still being built.

I was over last about 3 weeks ago and the development is coming on, I guess when the Spanish Village is complete bars and restaurants will appear. Also the opening of the Clubhouse will be a big step forward in October I believe.

Those in for a quick "flip" of an investment may be worried but those in for long term should have secured themselves an excellent buy. I look forward to getting back out to HDA towards the end of this month.
