Has anyone had the same problem as ourselves in that every time we send a email to Peter etc. we don`t get any replies to our questions?

You could try ringing him.

I will have a look on his office doror next time I go out as there is a contact number on there .

That's the good news, the bad news is that even if you get to speak to him, his success rate  in doing what he says he is going to do is not great..

My parents are staying in our apartment at the moment I will ask them for his latest mobile number, and post it this site asap. I emailed him last week and did get a reply but only because my email was rather threatening, I quoted how bad mannered he was not replying to previous emails and he new my parents were flying out two days later and wanted a meeting with him.

Good news Gran Mirador IV is now on mains water, so no more days without water.

I also eventually had a reply from Peter who promises that my snagging list will be complete by the time I arrive on Thursday night....maybe things are changing for the better?

Have you had any more info on the Satellite conection?

Has anyone in Gran Mirador IV got a zapper yet for the main gate? We are arriving in the school October break on a very late flight and I fear having to park outside again. We only got in last time because our neighbour above arrived at the same time we did!

yes we have had a zapper for the gates, we are out there half term but not arriving until the Monday.

As for the satelite my parents have managed to pick up 15 Spanish channels but no English. Peter has promised to look into it !!! but currently keeps dissappearing. They are considering get a TV installer out. I,m flying out on Friday for a few days so will find out more.
