Snakes!!!!!!!

According to our lawyer the Developer has two months to fix the snagging repairs. At the moment our property is approaching the end of three months with no response from the Developer.  We are seriously considering a claim against the Developer which will include loss of rental earnings and all legal cost.

Is there anybody else out there who are in the same predicament?

Thank you for your message concerning the Residents meeting date of 20 November.  We have not received any notice from dear Emilio providing us with information about this meeting because they don't want the residents to vote them out. 

Can you please send us a copy of this notice.
