There is a whole strand - with lots of contributions entitled 'Sectional Reports'. They have been pretty much discussed to death!!!

That certificate was from the town hall Almanzora and not the Junta Andalucia but hope they are in agreement. They just need to come up with this final
approval so we can start the rest of our lives. My hopes are on the next meeting being soon.

All I would say is that we've heard this many times before.
And wasn't this being "fastracked" through (instead of taking 5 months it was meant to take 1 month) so that building would re-commence in September 2007?
I hope I'm wrong and respect people's decision to wait things out - but PLEASE make sure your bank guarantee is in date and in order.

Hi Val
This is the same 'fast tracking'. The Government agencies had 1 month from April 12th to submit their Sectional Reports, but they took nearly 6 months to do so. So, hopefully, the approval of the PGOU will be dealt with at the next Ordinary (sits bi-monthly), or Extraordinary, Planning Committee meeting.
