Thought you may be interested to know that we completed on our phase1 apartment last week and are very very happy with the results. Snagging was done a few days before completion and when we re-visited the apartment a few days later it had all been rectified. Snagging was minimal just touch up's here and there.

The services in apartment were running so no wait for water etc as previously expected.

The resort itself looks fantastic. Views are stunning and it is well spread out unlike other resorts like La Torre.

All in all a very plesent experience of completing. Polaris seem to have a good system in place which I couldn't fault at all.

I am trying to work out how to add pictures, will post if I can!

Hello,

I'm pretty sure that as soon as the snagging is complete and the list is signed off you can move your furniture in. We gave our estate agent permission to sign off our snagging list as we didn't expect it to be rectified so quickly.

I have posted a number of photos but not sure where they have ended up!
