personally i'd say there is nothing to take to much concern about (apart from the Guarantees), this is journalism at it's best taking all the issue factors currently in the headlines (Spanish property market, Northern Rock, USA market slump) and contributing them all to the over-zealous borrowing of one company. llanera probably have bitten more off than they can chew, not managed the costs and scale and therefore find themselves in this awkward position....however clearly trying to rectify the situation, pulling the draw-strings in so to speak which is good to see 

SJG are established, have the financial backing so I'd not be so concerned regarding this but everyone is right to question the Bank Guarantees regardless.

I take Darren's view having read the Llanera tale in the Costa Blanca News 2 weeks ago

I dismissed it as I have become accustomed to scare mongereing since buying at SADM

I am told from " forum friends" that SJ will put all those who want to move to Spain up I assume free of charge  until their property is completed. So does anyone agree that's a fair one

it seems to me that the mayor of jumilla is holding on to the final licences untill sj start work on their new sports stadium and sj will not start work  on the stadium untill the final licences have been provided by the mayor  for santa ana ( catch 22 ) .Ok the mayor will be congratulated for obtaining a new stadium for many people of jumilla but if he grants the licences we will move into our houses with a lot of euro`s to spend (i personally always try to buy locally supplied goods)  everybody in the town of jumilla will prosper and i am sure sj will still build the stadium win win situation for the mayor .

come on grant our licences you know you want to
