Rental management software

Hi Guys/gals

We have a 2 bed ground floor on phase 7, and will be interested in either full/part time rental, has anyone got an idea which would be best, and which of the numerous agencies offering this service would be best to approach. Is there in fact a rental market for these apartments?

Also has anyone on phase 7 heard of a completion date as yet? as we have not.

Hi,

We're on phase 6 and will be looking to rent out after we complete.  Plan to look at Polaris, who will, I think, be offering a turnkey solution.  No idea of the cost yet.

Have seen a number of people offering key holding and cleaning etc, so if you can find your own tenants and collect the money, you could do it that way.

The rental potential will only come through when the course is open and the facilities are all complete.  Don't think there are any guarantees on dates for this

Building work hasn't been confirmed yet for the town centre, let alone started. The guy in the information point didn't have much idea. Unless I missed something while over there at 1/2 term.
