I think that Jack being permanently onsite is good news especially as he has knowledge of Keymare construction and procedures ,I would therefore endorse his offer of  fitting work in our apartments ,guaranteed because he only lives up the road.

I also like the idea of keeping this sort of work inhouse ,we are a community and his contribution could benefit us all .

Having met Jack Housemann on several occasions in his capacity of "trouble-shooter" for KeyMare, I wholeheartedly agree with "Kenshaz". This guy is one of the true gentleman within this business!

He is knowledgeable, agreeable and not full of the bull that certain others advertising their services appear to be!

May I wish him well in his endeavours, and look forward to engaging him in the near future.
