Hi just to introduce ourselves, we have just put deposit on 2 bed appartment in brisas del mar , very exited, and pleased we can comunicate with others, we went there nov 26th, The appartnent we are going to buy is opposite the sales office and white electrical shed. I am not sure what the block is called , If anyone can tell us would be great. . It is great that we can communicate with others  in simular position.  We were told our appartment will be completed Oct 08, but should be finished earlier as they are ahead of schedule , While we were there we went into the Lify bar , and supermarket, It should be an up and coming developement.,going back in january, let others know how it is getting on. We were told by some one there that they are going to build some tennis courts and five aside football pitches near our block, which should be good , If any one can give us any more info would be great.

Hi Kim and Kevin welcome to the site we get regular reports and photo updates from the great bunch of people on here when they are over there,from both the brisas buyers and the Mar y sol buyers.it sound like you are in the phase 2 section,yes it does look like they are ahead schedule,when you go in jan check the mar y sol apartments as they have been built by the same builder( the long yellow block behind brisas) the tennis courts etc will be built at the end of the brisas blocks in front of the mar y sol bungalows we hope.Pat. 

Hi Kim and Kevin,

Welcome, its great to hear from other owners in the block, we are in phase 3 of the block, nice and handy for the bars.  We have been told it should be finished by May 08, but would try to finish those properties already bought and any new purchases would be finished later.  They don't appear to be doing that, they appear to be working down in order, we hope they finish in May 08 as it would be nice to go out during the summer.

Both the Brisas del Mar, the Mar y Sol and the surrounding blocks have some lovely people - we have met some when we have been over and also by communicating on this forum.

hi,we to flew out i october with no intension of buying just looking and the rest is history!!! we have brought above the supermarket very easy access to the irish bar(bonus!!!)hows is key ready hoping to complete early jan,furniture is ordered delivered 1st feb hopefully,as we fly out the 2nd of feb but aint holding our breath with the way the spanish holiday,christmas break folowed by their three kings 6th jan onwards,we may be sleepig on lilos!!!! wishing you all a happy christmas and here to 08 who knows maybe we will all be in the irish sometime,,
