L/Term rental required Costa Calida coastal area please

Our first bill was debited last week & was for 17.61.

We had probably a total of 1 day where air con & lights were used.

We will be over for 10 days starting Thursday so the next bill should be considerably higher as I expect we will have to use the air con on heat unless we invest in a heater of some description.

The electricity bills I have been receiving do not seem unusually high when you consider that everything is electric in the apartment.

I live here full time and have had guests staying with me for the past six weeks, and as the weather has been considerably cooler during the evenings our air-con has been operating on heat every night. We also have other heaters working in two of the other bedrooms, not to mention the tumble dryer and water heater!

My last bill was €311 which, all things considered, is on a par with what I would have used had I been back in the UK, (and I have gas central heating there!)

Still would like to look into getting an alternative heating source, as the air-con is very noisy and does take a while to get to the optimum temperature. Any suggestions please?
