Does anyone know when AAT is due for competion. I have bought in phase 1 and techincally should have completed by now. I held off because the site is not finnished as yet so you can imagine how gutted I am to realise the pound is at an all time low. I dont know if to bite the bullet, complete and take a hit on the currency or hold out and hope things get a bit better. The word is in the markets it could be at least 6 months before we get a better return and could even go to 10 months.
Any info on how long I can hold off completion would be much appreciated. I need to make a quick decision as it looks like we will be getting a few base rate cuts quite soon.
