The evil of Cancer

Yet another date for the build to start at LTR has again gone by without any progress or any communication from Peinsa.  A few of us have decided to get together to register our dissatisfaction at the delays and lack of communication.  If anyone wishes to join us in this, will you please send an email including your name, plot number, when you paid the deposit, the `promised` date of completion and your concerns.  Will you e mail this to kit0707tens@yahoo.co.uk. They will then all be sent to Peinsa’s Head Office with a covering letter.  The emails will need to have been received by 22nd January.

Just an update on the request for e mails to register dissatisfaction with the build (or lack of it).  We have to date 16 e mails to go to Peinsa.  If anyone else is thinking of joining in this, please do put fingers to keyboards and do that e mail.  There is still plenty of time to do so.  Hopefully all of us together will get some results.

If you continue not to get any response you should contact the local Town Hall, the department called OMIC, and complete a formal complaints form and they will then investigate this on your behalf

Thank you Roy for the information.  Lets hope we won't need to do this though.

A reminder to anyone wishing to take part in sending e mails to Peina to register their dissatisfaction, there is now only 3 more days left to do this.   Details of how to go about it are in a previous posting under this thread.  We have received 18 e mails to date. 

Recent news from an agent has said they are expecting to start building in February.  We are still going ahead with the letter and e mails despite this news.  We have been promised start dates before which haven't materialised.   Even if they do start to build this time, there is still the issue of the complete lack of any formal communication.

I am still hopping mad with the way Peinsa have shown us such contempt.  Let then know we are not happy.  They need to keep us better informed.

We do feel much more positive now that building will commence soon, but we have been here before haven't we?  Like in November 2005.
