Hi Stuart,

no teenagers, just 2 girls 11& 9 who think they are teenagers, and us who sometimes wish we were teenagers.

Speaking to my agents this morning and they seem very optimistic about completion for end of March, they visit the site quite often and are impressed each time.

Hi Ian, we are in regular contact with our agents (QSD group), they send us photographs which we view through their website and we have seen progress with every set. We have a completion date for 31/3 and Mahersols 40 day period for advising of further delays ends on 21/2/08 (I think). There has been no indication that any other delay is anticipated so...here's hoping. Has everyone got dates for going out this summer? We're going out 26/6 until 13/7, it would be good to work out the house warming party / BBQ rota  before we get there. Best wishes Stuart.

We are going to be in Spain, hopefully in the apartment, I just thought lets go for it and keep our fingers crossed, taking a tent just in case ! Does anyone else plan to be there at that time ?

As for the summer, our daughters finish there school term so we are looking at getting away and having a couple of weeks maybe a little longer and then a couple more weeks at the end of there summer holidays. I'm self employed in the oil industry and Jill runs her own business from home, so getting time off isn't  too difficult. Had a look at a few flights and I have found that flying from Newcastle is almost half the cost of flying from anywhere in Scotland. Thats the next item on the agenda, after organising the furniture, arranging flights for the rest of the year. We plan to get over to Cox as much as possible, I must admit I'm looking forward to those lazy hot days by the pool. I'm pretty sure there will be plenty of get togethers, we will have to find out where we can get a good deal on the local vino.

Hi Everyone...Just wanted to say farewell before we are off to Spain in the morning.  We are really looking forward to seeing  Mirador..and the progress made  since our last visit in November. I will try to get some updated information and pass it along.
