Furniture for Sale - 2 bed apartment

I  have apartment in bloque 4 phase 4 and was told by lawyer that it would be march before bloque 4 would be released .Has anybody in arenal been compensated for delay of occupancy ,if so how did they go about it.

I'm not sure if anyone on Arenal Golf has tried this ,however if you look on the Arenal Duquesa forum on this site you will see that purchasers completing there have not been able to secure any compensation.  Those completing before a date specified by the developers have been given TV's. We now have a completion date for March 13th (we're in block 3 )and our lawyer has informed us that we will also receive a TV if we complete before March 24th. Arenal Duquesa is the other development taken over from Arenal 2000 by Cajasur./Prienesur.

we have been given a date of between 18-24 feb to compleate but we are are able to do it sooner as all our finance is in place

only that my husband will have to go over on his own as i am not able  to go due to illness  before the 26 feb as i am going into hospital for three days on the 21 feb

any idea what type of tv they are offering as we need to buy one anyway

Arenal Duquesa have been told that 42" flat screens are on order for them.
