Is anyone going to the Community Meeting with the Developers on thursday 14th Feb? ,or is anyone sending their Lawyer? apparently it's to discuss the community charges etc..........

If you do not go, you should have a proxy voting paper. I'm not sure if you can send your lawyer as it is just owners usually...............................but you should be there if poss.

You should get minutes after and you have 30 days to register it if you don't agree with anything.

I was interested to read your post with regards to the community meeting as I have only just heard about this sight, We signed last year and have been out a few times now but knew nothing about this meeting.Did you attend or do you know what was said as we own a Town house and have heard rumours that we are unable to use the pools which Suprise Suprise we were told by Sunset Estates we could.
