12 month Euribor recalculation

Hi everyone, does anyone now how much approx it costs to tile the whole terrace as we don't want a garden, we have an end quad on manzana 5? We have tried Helder at Taray (3 emails) but no reply!!! Any info appreciated, we are not out again until April. Cheers Mac & Pollie.

Like you we are an end quad on Manzana 5 and are interested in having the whole garden tiled. We emailed Taray asking for a price along with one or two other modifications. Again like you we didn't get a reply so we got our agent to do it for us.

They did eventually get a price for the other work but said that Taray were not interested in doing the tiling, as they did not have the time and it would set them back on making the promised completion dates. They did offer to recommend someone AFTER completion. However if you read back through this forum I believe there is someone on site who will do this type of work. We have decided to leave it until we get out there and have completed.

We are on Manzana 4 corner property, Ian on site is doing ours in early March, tiles to full front and Astro turf to side, plus other bits inside property, I have seen his work and he works to a high standard and resonable price,

Ian tiled our patio for us last April (It was the first one he had done on the site). We are really happy with it & it still looks good nearly a year on. He levels all the ground out & does a really professional job. He also fitted a security grid on the bathroom window for us (which matches exactly with all the other security grids).

He also fitted our shower cubicle & some light fittings.

We would highly recommend him.
