help needed looking to rent long term in la florida!!!

I agree with Mike that they are looking quite well and clean at the moment but the grey pipes pumping out the water are really an eyesore and I sincerely hope that the issue will be resolved at the AGM next year with either something decent put in place or covering them over altogether. 

I am in Roda at the moment to enjoy watching the PGA golf competition and whilst the weather stays as nice as it is  today (22 degrees) the water features are fine but we can't just limp on from one downpour to the next with these. I feel very strongly on this issue and have made my feelings clear to the administrators and the president and I intend to attend the AGM myself to make the point in person as we need a solution for all year and not just some weeks or months. 

On a positive note Roda is really looking well, clubhouse is busy, tapas great as usual after 18 holes and there are quite a few people around so it is a nice change from the minus 3 degrees that I left last week.

I am on 3b so therefore dont have the issues of the water features, I always enjoy reading this thread as it often goes off at a tangent about football shirts in the clubhouse etc.I have stayed on phase 1 on many occassions even before they had a coat of paint on them so have watched the progress over the years. A simple temporary solution could be as simple as painting them dark blue rather than that gastly light blue that way the muddy water is not so noticable. This is based on spag bol dropping down a light blue shirt as opposed to a dark blue shirt. I rest my case.
