Try Before You Rent, Would This Work ?

A letter from Jose Luis Fernandez has been issued stating that the town centre will start within 15 days and will be completed within 12 months. Great news for us all if it´s true.

Where did you see this info.  I'll be eager to read it.   Shame we are flying there this weekend and coming back next week as I would love to have loved to have seen 'history being made' at long last.

It was received by a friend of mine who owns a property company and sold many apartments in Riquelme.  I´m sure if you want to see a copy I could get my hands on one.

Here here - I thoroughly agree that it would certainly cheer a lot of people up to see confirmation of commencement  'set in stone' .   I will make enquiries while I am there and see if I can put some more news on EOS's website, and for anyone meeting up with other Haciendans at La Torre on 5th March, please give us all some feeback.

I can't wait to see our new Town Centre.

Hi everyone

Just got back from a glorious week's weather at HR to horrible stuff in England.   I can't believe how fast things were now moving.   The temporary huts now have windows in and they have started a new road where our permanant entrance to the site iwill be.    I watched a man spend the whole morning cleaning the area around the pool so It's my guess that they are trying to get ready for the easter holidays, but don't know for sure.  We spoke to Maria at the CAM bank who said she believed work on the Hacienda was about to start so it looks like it's all systems go....fingers crossed.
