Well think the pictures on the website show its turned out rather better than the plans in the end.
No golf course instead as can be seen is protected woodland so no building in front of the development. I prefer that as do many of my neighbours.
The bottom line is people can NOW judge for themselves.
Many more are now completing as everyone that knows all the real facts about this development knows that it will of course be legalised (it is now in reality)
The other development in the valley is also very nice indeed and the plots on the hillside where construction had started on some villas will start again soon.
70% of this development was sold to investors who cannot fund completion.
Many of the rest have avoided completion because they listened to gossip rather than reality and to complete now if your outside of the euro will cost much more.
Many will not now be able to get a mortgage so of course completion will be difficult.
Those that did complete from the U.K could in fact accept a massive reduced price and convert it back to sterling ?
WHY DO I KNOW THIS . BECAUSE I HAVE A PROPERTY ON THIS LOVELY DEVELOPMENT IN THIS GREAT AREA OF SPAIN.
TELL US TISH ? WHAT IS YOUR INVOLVEMENT OR TANGIBLE INTEREST IN THIS DEVELOPMENT THAT PROMPTED THIS REPLY.
AM I NOW ALLOWED TO START A RESIDENCE COMMITEE WITHOUT YOUR INTERFERENCE ?AS SOME OF US HAVE TO MOVE ON.
