Hi  we are Jayne & Rob and we purchased a California in Oct 2006 along with our friends who also purchased a California we were given a completion date of Dec 2007 they are on phase 1 and are no. 36 & 40.We live in Warrington and are looking to relocate to Spain as soon as the villas are ready !!! Our agent took some photos of the site 3 weeks ago and the site looks busy.

We are Val & Dave and we purchased a 3 bed Paula in April 2006, on plot AB7.  Our friends have purchased a California on AF27.  We both had completion dates of September 2007.  What letter plots are you all on? We are both moving over there permanently.   We live close to you at Rainhill, and our friends live at Prescot. 

Things do seem to be moving along on site now.  Did they tell you they have started the foundations?

Hi Val & Dave      Our plots are AF36 & AF40 you've been given a diffrent date to us, as of 3 weeks ago the latest completion date  is May 2008. We have got photos that were taken 3 weeks ago of the site but they were sent to us by email so cannot download onto forum site, if you would like to see them please send email address, these photos show plenty of activity on site but no foundations yet.

Hi.  We are buying apartment AZ39. Is anyone buying in the same block? Be good to hear from you. Spoke to Sonia this morning and she said the foundations are being done for the villas, with the foundations for the apartments due to start at the end of the month. The completion date she gave me was Dec 08 or Jan 09.

We aren't buying an apartment, but try the google groups forum, there are people on there who are buying apartments.  The website address is on previous threads on here.  There seems to be all kinds of completion dates flying around from October 08 to April 09.
