I have been looking through the accounts for DV and made some comparisons to my other community. Unfortunately I am unable to attend the AGM but think it may be useful to ask some questions.
Line 1, What is the breakdown of 46,000 euros for general maintenance what does it cover? Its a lot of money for replacing light bulbs.
Line 2, Building cleaning 130,000 how many cleaners, how many hours worked and what was the material cost.
Line 8, lift maintenance at 86,400 what is the cost per lift and does it include inspection and lift insurance.
Line 9, why do lift telephone cost 4,300 is this a monitoring cost? Has anybody tested it?
Line 12, What is covered by this insurance, public liabilty? any building content ie the end walls of a block? looks okay as we pay 1300 for 15 house community but ask what is covered.
Line 15, Garden Maintenance 136,800 how many gardeners does it cover. Is this just a labour charge or are we paying for the plants and palms that RyF should be paying for as a set cost. The only plants we should pay for the replacement cost of dead plants.
Line 17, Fire extinguisher costs 6,700 maintenance why so high they should have a shelf life of at least 12 months. Need to know the cost per unit to see if it looks okay.
Line 21, Constitution cost what are they?
Cost of AEA? Is this line 10 at 47,200, if so this looks okay as we pay about 1300 euros for 15 houses.
