Hi to all La Tercia Real Owners,

                                                               Just to let you all know, that today ( Wed 16th April ) I received an e-mail from my solicitors ( Fusters ) with a copy of the new Bank Guarantee which has an expiry date of April 2009 on it.  I'm glad this has been sorted out.

                                                                 Hope the news keeps getting better. Cant wait to see you all

Hi Kev & Kim,

Glad to hear you have heard from your solicitors regarding your new bank guarantee.  We are still waiting for the renewal of ours (the old one ran out at the end of March).  Our solicitor said on Monday that they had requested a new one and were waiting to hear from Peinsa, and would keep asking for it.  If the date on yours is the end of April 2009 it looks like they expect us to be able to complete by then.
