Free Luggage Allowence

Hello fellow future neighbours,

This is my first post so please bear with me!

I was just wondering if anyone out there can help?

We reserved our Jardine 5 apartment in September 2006 and at this time they were offering free furniture packs if you signed before end of September 2006.
Is there anyone out there who managed to get this deal aswell?

If so, my question is, if and when is it possible to pick the colours of the furniture and also when is it delivered or do we have to get it?

Since when has Polaris given something for nothing, especially free furniture packs?

This is also our first post!!!  We have read with interest all posts over the last year and half but your post has really struck a cord!!!

We purchased, our apartment, with an approved agent of Polaris World by the name of Marcel Hengst - using the name of 'Polaris Worlds'  He has disappeared off the face of the earth since early 2007.  Following numerous calls with Marcel we were due to meet with him in PW HQ in Balsicas in March of 2007 to go through all details of our purchase including our furniture pack to the value of approximately €6.000 which was used as an inducement to close the sale - he did not show. 

We met with a customer service manager in Oct 2007 in PW HQ and while she was extremely pleasant and assured us that she would look into the matter, put it through their legal department the comeback  from PW was negative.  Mr Hengst was an 'Approved Agent of Polaris World' when selling the property to us.  When we realised that he had cut and run we were gutted.  

Good luck with PW and if there are others out there who have dealt with Mr Hengst maybe they will have some good news for us all!!!!!!!

Oh No!
Yes it was Marcel Hengst that we dealt ... my heart has just fallen into my stomach!
Luckily PW rang me today and they seem abit vague (mainly due to computers being off!!) she told me not to worry and that it wont be a problem!!!

My contract information sheet states about the furniture pack! And i also have a breakdown of all the furniture which should be included!!!

The free furniture pack was on PW website in 2006, it did not come to my attention from Marcel Hengst so surely this should make a difference seeing as it was came from PW not an individual on commision??

Help?????Oh Heck has anyone else more info?
