Bus Service from La Linea to Malaga (airport)

Hello everyone,

We have some friends coming out to our apartment later on in the year (sept) & don't want to drive.

What's the public transport like, for example getting to the beach at Guardamar? Is there a local taxi service they could use?

We were out in April and there is a bus service that goes from Formentera to Guardamar and almoradi . We didnt try it to be truthful but I know there is one. I have been told that its not as reliable as the UK but as stated before we didnt try it out. With regard to a local taxi etc we have a couple that look after our apartment and they do airport pick ups and the like. Their names are Kevin and Karen and can be contacted on 0034 966712685.

There is also a guy that will run your friends around at very reasonable rates and he can be contacted on 0034 691421479. I would give Kev and Karen a bell .Let them know that Loz Elliott gave you the details. I hope this helps in some way.
