Most of the forum discussions seem to revolve around the apartment complexes.
We have purchased on Phase II a 2-bedroomed villa in the left centre of the Master Plan. The Contract calls them "Condominios F2: UBIC IS, NUM 007, Type B", which I believe are what are termed the Magnolia Villas on the Corvera web site.
We would be interested in hearing from any potential neighbours - are there any out there ?
Also, we haven't received the final Building Licence as yet, even though some other purchasers have received theirs.
