                    I am sure that your assumption is correct. My neighbour got the same quote as us and they are in a duplex.

Thanks for your support Mal & Josie.

I have had at least 6 emails from Monica this evening answering a lot of questions & she is now fully aware of the problem with the cuotas & she also is going to speak to Luis tomorrow.

It is too late now for me to start sifting through it all & transferring it into an email & given that there should hopefully be more information tomorrow, I will do it all in one go tomorrow evening.

In his response to my email, Luis says that he is aware of the problem with the cuotas, so it would appear to me that it is not as simple as substituting previously advised figures.

I do agree that it appears to be a general template with some formulae programmed into it but I believe the intention was that the attachment should relate to your apartment & you were not expected to fill in the data yourself.

Hopefully Luis will clarify tomorrow.
