Easyjet refund policy

Had a call from PW this morning. Said completion for end of year. Asked what would be in the space where our town centre was and she said, there will be a sports hall and gym with a cafe, and a temporary supermarket, which will be there till the supermarket on the new town centre are ready

When we were out at the begging of this month we asked about completion for Los Naranjos Jardin 8 and was told November? So similar to information you have been given, soon be moving in then??

I have to be honest I haven’t taken a lot of notice of the provision of Town Centres as having looked at the provision of shops at other PW Complexes I had decided they are to expensive, except will be good as convenience store. This is such a big development that hopefully there will be plenty of trade so to keep us spending in house they will be more competitive and slowly the TC will develop. As far as bars and restaurants are concerned well again if the demand is there they will open as they are selling the commercial properties as well, they will succeed on such a big development unless they are not competitive in which case I would bet others will set up in competition just outside the development, in the long term this will I hope make it a good place to be, with lots of options but this will be a natural progression which will take time. The only other problem would be the numbers of people in the complex in the winter months but hopefully this will not be to bad as for those people who have bought to rent which doesn’t include us, will be promoting it as a golf resort and not a beach resort so this hopefully will increase the rental period keeping the place vibrant, hopefully the people likely to rent (30 something’s and older) are likely to have a greater disposable income which in turn will be good for local economy and competition???? Yes I know lot of if, buts and maybes, but (off I go again) Its such a big place it has to be good.

Hi Phil & Anne Customer services actually said they will start releasing at the end of summer and they should all be done for the end of the year, not knowing which end they will start, we're thinking we will probably be towards the end of the year. As far as the town goes, it probably will be on a par ( pardon the pun ) with other golf complexes as far as prices go. If you're only there for a holiday it doesn't work out too bad. La Manga always seems to do alright for business and there aren't that many places outside. Like you say, when it gets established it will be too big not to succeed especially with the golf. Going back to completion, if you looked at those photos on the golf property site you can see just how much they have come on. Some of those photos are from January and they were already looking good.

I take from the pun in your post one or both of you may be into golf, if so we will have to have a game some time in the not to distant future.

Phil and Ann The site referred to is the one we posted on the condado site on Sunday. www.polarisgolfpropertyuk.com The menu is down the right hand side, click on the heading photo gallery and there are loads of photos. If you scroll to the bottom of the page you can click on condado so you just get their pics. There is actually one of your jardin 8 alongside the penthouses. It's a shame it was took from a distance through the perimeter fence but it's still a good one. As we said these ones were took in January. And yes we both play golf, I have asked in another post ( June speaking ) if there were any other lady golfers out there but didn't receive any replies. Does Ann play?

I have had a look at the pictures you told us about they are good albeit taken from the road, I have uploaded them if anyone wishes to see them, they are from 20^th April 2008 (Photo 1 is Los Naranjos Penthouses phase1blocks 9to13 and Photo 2 is Los Naranjos Penthouses phase1blocks12 and Jardine 8)

When I was out in May you couldn’t see Los Naranjos Jardins or Penthouses that clearly as they are now constructing the Golf villas between the fence and the Jardins so your view is blocked by the construction work.

Sorry no, Ann isn’t a golfer just me but 3 ball’s good.
