An update for all those(if any) who use this forum that are in Jardines 9 (new number).
I have just got off the phone with PW customer services.
The provisional dates for completion are between 200708 and 010808.
I was also informed builders water and electric will be provided until we are connected to utilities with our own meter.
Hope this helps people with future plans in Jardine 9

We are still waiting (but not in a hurry) for jardines 7 although did have a phone call from Spain when we out and said they would phone back but didn't

Thanks for that Tyneside, we're on garden 9 and been given a date for completion for July 2nd, might have to change this though as  my documents to Cam seem to have gone missing in the post.

We are in Jardine 7 (was 6) and we have been given the 14th August as our completion date.

Update for those in Jardines 9.
Call today from PW given our completion date as 9 and 10th July.
They also confirmed builders electric/water will be on.

HI Tyneside,
             We've got a completion date of July 2nd for garden 9, going over to Torrevieja for 2 weeks on Monday and travelling down to Condado on Thursday to take a look, will be taking a few measurements of the apartments. Will post them here for others to see. Going to our solicitors next Friday at Los Alcazares to give them POA.
