Polaris Word don’t seem to be prepared to make any changes to the properties before you have completed but you could ask customer services just in case, I think you would have to talk to Polaris World Home Style about if it is possible to have this done after completion, but I suspect it will be cheaper to by the Dishwasher to fill the space.

I agree a cupboard would be more useful.  If you can find the correct size and type it would be easy to fit as it's two hinges.

Post if you manage to find one, I'll do the same.

A dishwasher can be useful for rentals, especially for people with children.

We have rented properties on Mar Menor & La Torre, both with dishwashers which were extremely useful.

Given the choice between renting 2 'identical' properties, one with a dishwasher & one without...............I'd go for the non Fairy Liquid option every time!!

On the other hand, if it's just for you & you don't mind washing dishes, a cupboard may be handy for a bit more storage space.

A dishwasher always makes a nice cupboard to keep those plates in ;-)

As Peter has said, being lazy I'd prefer to have a dishwasher than do them myself.

Just thinking that having a dishwasher make keep utencils etc cleaner for your next occupant (thats a woman speaking of course)!!!!!!!!
