Hi there, Is there any other people who have purchased in phase 3 of the luz ,would like to speak to other buyers in that phase
there seems to be only 3 other couples at the moment and would be interested in speaking to others

PLEASE, please if there is anyone out there who has purchase in Phase 3 can they please PM me and I will give you my email address - all 3 that we know of been issued Completion Letters by Atlas but haven't received them yet, and the other's flat hasn't been released yet. We would like to discuss what you have been told by the developers re. outside space.

Hi there, I have bought a property in Luz de Almoradi phase 3 and am curretnly waiting on my completion letter. I am on the 1st floor and would love to hear from any neighbours. I have purchased my property through Atlas. Has anyone already received a completion letter and made arrangements to go out?

Hi Tricia and Dave, thanks for the info re the completion letter, I am also looking in. Can't wait until everything is finalised. I have been told it will take 5 days for anyone who is using a mortgage to complete but I was hoping to try and get Atlas to organise the appointments so that I could sort everything in about 3 days. What about you? I have already booked to come out on 18th June but was hoping to switch flight to a few days earlier and sort out completion before others join me.
Leabbey, what are your questions re the outside space as I haven't really been told anything.

Hi Tricia, you didn't confuse me, I just put both messages on the one, not quite sure how this actually works yet!! I am number 103 and it is just a holiday home, what about you. Have you visited Almoradi much, I just saw the town on the day I bought it and then on my mid term visit! I am so excited about coming out to see if finally finished. I am from Northern Ireland, what about you??

we will be spending the winter almoradi ant a month here and there we was in almoradi last winter we love the town and looking forward to this completion

Hi again, I saw the show apartment in November but have not been back since. I stayed at an apartment in La Mata as I know the owner. I spoke to a couple of people who run/work in one of the bars down the street fromt he apartment (can't remember the name), they were English, seemed nice and had settled into the town well. Unfortunately I work full time and do not have an abundance of leave to take so my visits will be much shorter than yours. Will just have to make the most of my time there.
It is strange I can contact you no problem but I cannot access the message I have got back from Leeabbey.

Myself and my husband Charles have bought in Phase 3 also. Atlas is our agent too, I am the 3rd amigo Tricia mentioned earlier (Sharon being the 2nd). I am from the Glasgow area - our apartment no. is 217 facing inwards. I was out at the end of April and seen a vast difference compared to my Mid Term in Sept. We are going out in July for 3 weeks, looking forward to it.

Just back from Almoradi this morning after a few days over there. Own an apartment in Phase 1 looking out onto Phase 3, where they were busy all week carrying white goods, sofas, beds, bathroom fitments etc. into your apartment block. Also finishing touches being done on the paving outside, creating a lot of noise and dust with their disk cutters.
I'll be as glad as you lot to see the block finished, being woken by ready mix lorries at 8.00 a.m. when I don't want to be awake. (joke). My husband loves watching all the workmen at work, he doesn't know what he'll do when they've completed.
The apartment block looks really nice.
