Got my completion letter from Atlas this morning.  Thanks for the update Ann - I have bought the apartment above Tricia.  We will be over from 13th July for moving in/holiday.  Can't wait - it's been a long time coming.

what date in july do the fiestas start ,   Im back in england but could be tempted,  my friends are there at the moment completeing   ive  just got back after 12 days and i did say that i would try and get back to see them because we  have only spoken to each other by phone or email, and i would love to see them sharon and linda ive seen veronica you may have seen there names on eye on spain

 In Almoradi they are the last 2 weeks in July, the main processions will be on the 1st and 2nd of August because of the way the calender works out. I was there for them last year and they were breathtaking, I,m not exagerating. There is also a fair in the town, just set up in the streets, on one ride if you held your arm out you could shake hands with somebody in a 3rd floor apartment, it was that close. In guardamar they are the week before, fireworks over the castle etc. They are well worth making the effort to go and see.

Thankyou for the info,  i will have to  twist my husbands arm,   we have only been home since sunday,  It all sounds so good.

Hi Solo Star, thank you for your message.  I am going over to complete on Sunday and can't wait.  Unfortunately I will be back before the processions on August 1st and 2nd.  I am coming out again around 13th August do you know if there is anything happening around this time??

Not sure about that as August is usually a quiet month in Almoradi.  A lot of the locals shut up shop and take their holidays as it is the hottest month, but I am sure something will be going on around and about. google Fiestas on Costa Blanca and see what it comes up with. You can always drive down to Guardamar and collapse on the beach !

We've bought in phase 4, number 207, through a company called Vegaelx!, Not had much info just that if the completion is delayed they'll let us know!

We don't have many holidays left from work so its very difficult for us to come to Almoradi, we have a apartment in Archena Murcia, which we are almost ready to start renting, & will be in Spain from 1st Sept for a week so hoping to have a drive & look at where phase 4 is up to. Any info you have on anything we would apprieciate as we are almost strangers to Almoradi, & find most of our info through Eye on Spain. 
We are interested in renting this property out for holiday lets, and have seen a few websites that do this, but if anyone has any advise on this we'd be very grateful!

Anyway we have an apartment in phase 3 and we have just completed,  Been home a couple of weeks and just booked seats for the 31st of august for 10 days

we have a first floor apartment looking in is yours looking in or out,  we have been to almoradi a few times so if we can answer anything for you drop us a line and we will try and help

vegaelx is the builder you should have a code number to veiw the pictures of   inside your apartment  on vegaelx site,  You can email  KATIE  AT VEGAELX  if you are unsure

Hi everyone

Does anyone know what was decided at the AGM as i am hearing a few things that concern me, talk of talking one of the lifts out of service to save money stupid idea for obvious reasons, alsoi have heard that we will all be paying the same amount of community fees obviously some people will be happy but not very fair on the people with small apts,(we voted against this) have the issues that people where concerned about been sorted ie rubbish bins for the block, the access code for the main entranceare we keeping one if so do we all get to know it not just a chosen few?  have we got  a new president and vice president if so some comunication would be nice when decisions have been made after all we are property owners as well we just do not live there full time yet, any info would be much appreciated as we are not back in almoradi untill 27th dec
