Google Street View

Just took a phone call from Susie at Polaris customer service in answer to an e/mail I sent them earlier this week. The news on the Penthouses (to my amazment) is apparently ,completion and handover in November / December this year !!

What happened to 1st quarter of 09 I asked ?, she laughed and said they were well ahead of schedule and it would be good to deliver early rather than late as usual !

The Penthouse show appartment/s will be ready in June and she advised to call in advance to check availability and readiness if we wanted to view - the number of the sales office at condado to arrange this is 00 34 - 968 012 098

I asked about the golf course views from the penthouses and apparently the course wil be ready by Feb 09 (dont know if this is a playable date) I also asked about the town centre re-siting and she promised to send me the revised map and also any progress shots of the Penthouses themselves.

We are out end June for the week so I will upload any shots I take then.

Its all suddenly starting to seem very real now  - it was a long way off in May 07 when we brought and now we need to sort out the mortgage !

Will be great if you get a chance to see a Penthouse show apartment during your visit next month. If there's any chance you could forward me any photos I'd really appreciate it. I 'm anxious to get an idea of sizes of the lounge and bedrooms and also to see the views over the course.

Ok will do - we will also take a stick of inches for some measurements !

What I CAN tell you about the view,  is that the MD of the outfit who we have brought though (who has also brought a penthouse in block 11) told me he was onsite a few weeks ago and the views from the penthouses were  "stunning" 

I cant wait !!

PS: What are you plans on mortgages yet - any thoughts ??
