HELP PLEASE

I need help please.

Anyone assist in how I obtain "forms"? from Malaga, (where i do not know), enabling me to sell my Spanish Car?

I bought the Car from a reputable car dealer who has now unfortunately gone under about 4 years ago. I am now in the process of selling this car and have been advised that I am not in possession of two forms that are necessary for the sale to complete.

Anyone who can help or advise will be greatly appreciated.
