I posted the original thread regarding a missing power cable for my t.v. The company that supplied the t.v is ECOelectronica-online from
Alicante. They have not supplied an invoice despite my requesting same twice. I am concerned that I have no paper work in the event of a warranty claim. Would anyone know if there is a trading standards body here to whom I can write. Thanks

contact your ayuntamiento they deal with these things and will tell you what to do
from what you say probably not a good idea to buy over the internet here
