It may be perfect timing for you as you may be better off than those who bought property in the last 10 years or so and businesses that have been through the recent downturn.  Is the business going to be on Camposol ?  Interested to hear your motivation etc.

Yes, it will be based on Camposol although I won't have business premises, but it is something that no-one is doing at the moment in any way, so it will be unique and I have the sole rights for the Murcia, 30 postcode.  And yes I did buy a cheap property!

Dear All,

depressing, difficult to see how we can all suffer equally, equality sounds a bit socialist to me, hmmm.

however is it only the Spanish euro that needs to be got out of the country?????

5 billion to 65 billion sounds like a big jump to mean nothing???????

day to day, or be a "looney" sounds a bit harsh - what does it mean???

if this ordinary joe was younger, put out of work and starving with his children I would not think I was very equal and everyone else with more would be promptly invited to share.

I think the invitation might be forceful

not something to debate as we do in deciding which fraudster is the worst and most at fault

perhaps John had better change the title from "if" to "when"

Regards

Norman

if in the furture spain does go back to the peseta as per normal the people who will lose out will be the ordinary man in the street. becaude the ones getting their money out of spain ast the moment are the rich.

It's not just the rich getting their money out of Spain.  Most of my Spanish friends have taken their money out of Spain.  Admittedly, they are financially savvy and most of them have lived/worked in other countries so have accounts outside of Spain they can use.

Sanchez,

so what is happening to all this "get out of Spain" money ?

is it being changed into other currencies?

has the flight from the euro already begun?

is the euro done for?

puzzled again

Norman

I don't agree Midasgold

most are just sending Euros to a German bank - If they are not safe there the whole world is doomed

Using a German bank is better than doing nothing BUT this is not the answer

for when (not if ) the euro goes.!

Do you know the funny thing ..........................the first people to get their money out of spain was probably Rajoy and the rest of the government.

Cripes you lot!!!!!!,

I have been putting a little away from not having a Spanish mortgage into the Spanish bank account setup optimistically in the dream days in case I was to gain enough confidence to set Maria onto Interlaken. It may not be much but it is all in euros.

Surely Greece plus are going to drop out before the "too big to fail" Spain brings the house of cards down.

Please tell me I have a month or two to get it out or have a good holiday on it?

Regards

Norman

Norman, go for it.  I personally don't think the €uro will fail.  When you are in the UK or reading UK press, you would think it is a certainty, but I believe there is a strong will in countries like Spain to keep it due to their past political situation.  Germany has got most out of the €uro and eventually they will have to pay the piper!

Hi DonLochnagar,

Speaking to some of my German friends, Germany has also put most into the euro, and they've been paying the Piper for years.

And they DO NOT like the tunes that he's playing.

Dream on if you think the euro won't fail.

If your brother is an alcholic you may help him out

2,3,or 4 times but sooner or later you will say no more bruv.

The German people are allready pig sick with forking out.

Any politician has got to go with his peoples wishes or he/she

will not get re elected.  This is cold fact.

We'll see.  You only have to look at the number of German cars there are in Spain to know who's made money out of the €uro!

Germany was the biggest exporter of premium brand vehicles even

PRIOR to joining the euro.So I don't think that proves anything.

They are and will be  very productive and competitive whatever the

currancy.

DonLochnagar

think you will find a lot of German Cars in many countries including here in Oz. The are good value, well made and last. I've driven BMW and MB for 30-years and never had a bad one. Suspect all those I've owned are probably still running.

Does Spain make cars -- Oh yes at a factory owned by VAG.

David
