Non resident cif number

OK Richard... Tried filling out he address forms and like you have run into the same brick wall over a CIF number...

Like you and many others before you jt seems Ive sent them an email... will now sit back and wait... and wait...!

902 numbers are charged at interprovincial rates.  So it is like calling from Barcelona to Malaga, even if it is just down the road !   

 Just like in UK there  are alternative numbers (say no to 0845).  As many in Spain get free calls to normal landlines, why pay ?

Su formulario de registro requiere nombre, dirección y número de CIF. Como particulares, no una Empresa no tengo un número de CIF, sólo un NIE que no es aceptable en el formulario. ¿Cómo debo proceder si quiero hacer compras en línea?

Buenos días,
ya estamos trabajando para solucionar ese error. Mientras tanto, puedes comprar indicando tu NIE sustituyendo la primera letra de éste por un "0".
Si tienes problemas no dudes en escribirnos de nuevo.

I tried this... drop the initial letter from your NIE number and replace it with a 0 so it becomes 0xxxxxxxG (or what ever your suffix letter is) This was accepted by their system and I was able to add my address details to both the billing and dispatch forms. They didnt show up immediately; I had to leave the site and log in a second time...
