WiFi internet Guardamar Community Costa Blanca

We have an Internet WiFi system installed in our community building by a company called WiFiMar based in Guardamar, we currently have about 6 subscribers out of a potential 56 and the technical service apears to be working well,the system is based on a one off cost for the router with 'free' installation and then €20 for 30 days useage with no reconnection charge, the problem is the company back-up and aftersales. The office advertises that it is open mornings and afternoons but it is very rare to find it open in the morning and again rare to get an answer on the telephone or by email, the owner Juan, has missed many appointments for installation dates and therefore has missed new customers. The company has a large billboard advertising and a website with lots of fliers being sent out around town. We are begining to think that this is all going wrong very quickly, does anyone else have a solution or alternative Community internet WiFi supplier?
