Have had 185.00 euros deducted from my bank just received copy of bank statement, this is what it says.cuota trim v-81 y cuota anul. t=3 (35)

Never had it deducted before, will ring the bank but would like to know what it is first.

It looks like Community Fees to me. Adminstrators where you own an Apartment/s have raised this amount on your Account for what reason I don't really know. How do you normally pay your Community Fees.

We pay community fees by dd. But they are normally 150.00

If that is the case will get in touch with the the president. Thank you.

Could it be your IBI? 

No that came out in September. Unless there is something else I do not know about.

HI, do you have any credit/debit cards, this could be the quarterley and annual charge for them. As you suggest, if you can get in touch with teh bank, hopefully they can clarify for you. Good luck.

Have had notification from the president The fees are the comunity tax plus a transero

we have the administrator has lumped them both together which does not normally happen.
