You could consider the local Spanish social services where they are provided free, but that might be only to Spanish nationals. Alternatively try the UK to see if you qualify, but you may have to pay the shipping costs.

Have you tried an internet supplier? May be cheaper 

Hi, Thank you both for your help. I have located a scooter on amazon uk but the sellers wont ship here.amazon spain dont have scooter I want. So many scooter outlets cater for hire rather than sales. I didnt realise it would be so difficult. The trouble is I want a folding scooter which are not that common. nic
