Pay the €100 and get it done professionally.. especially if you do not speak fluent Spanish.

Your all been ripped off 12 euros admin fee 6 euros for photos just your time and travelling to pay for , no brainer,if you have all the paper work and application form are filled in correctlly , why take a pro with you its not they can do it as your finger print has to be taken. If not sure about how to fill in the forms get somebody who is Spanish to help you buy them a drink, given 20 euros

EX23 (go onto the Sedegov site) to make the appointment. You can download the EX forms from this site EX Forms and the form for paying at the bank the Modelo 790 codigo 12.
The application for the appointment tells you all the forms and documents you must take with you.
