The digital nomad visa has some requirements that I am trying to fulfill and that will take some time.

If I get a job offer as a permanent employee first, I will take it.

Whether it's the digital nomad visa or the employment contract, both are fine.

If you are not a EU citezen you will not get permanent employment in Spain if your skills are not required.. go to your nearest Spanish embassy and ask for the list of skill's that required.
