I am happy!
We have a new Granddaughter born yesterday morning at 7.04 weighing 7lb 2oz
Her name is Cassie.
Here she is, just 5 hours old and smiling already! (Just like her Nanny!)

Unfortunately we are flying from Heathrow so we are going down tonight. That way we won't hit M25 traffic in the morning & it cuts down the chance of being caught out in a traffic jam.
We just have to contend with Airport Security & the protesters!!

Everyone so blissfully happy they cannot be bothered to tell anyone else about how happy they are! In fact on the CDS today its not very happy ....the sun definitely does not have his hat on. It has rained today and got caught in a shower without a brolly - no matter it was still warm and dried off relatively quickly once under cover.

 Well Smiley, I feel very sorry for you if you had been in Britain it has rained every day non stop so how lucky are you/. But of to Gran Canaries 3rd Sept sp I am happy. The news today has said I think it was two hundred thousand people left Britain last year I cannot think why. Well make sure you take your brolley with you. Pat
