Hi Scrufty,
I looked at the photos posted by neighbour who lives in La Mirada like me.
El Rincon looks really nice inside, shame that from the outside, us neighbours can't see just how nice it is! (Or any hunky men sunbathing by the pool!)
The walkways look great too. I have promised more pics when we fly out on 17th March.
This EOS site just goes to show that we all pull together in helping fellow members out. It's great to have people that will post pics for other buyers to see progress on their properties, even though they have no interest in the development themselves.
What a nice bunch we all are!

What can I say except you are so right, I actually can not believe someone who has an apartment elsewhere would take the time to take the photos then post them and then leave a message to inform us, it is absolutely brilliant, I only hope I can repay the kindness shown at some point in the future.
Because without these updates maybe I might have turned into one of the miserable ones looking for something to moan about and I certainly wouldn't be sat here with a great big grin on my face.
All because I'll soon have my own place in the sun.

Hi Scrufty,
What you DO have to worry about though, is when I post THAT pic of you sunbathing round your pool!
I will get into El Rincon complex, by hook or by crook, those electric gates won't stop me!

Nope nobody was moaning, just browsing for the first time, I enjoyed reading what everyone had said. Didn't want to continue, just thought I'd let you all know that you all cheered me up. And believe me that is a difficult thing to do at the moment.
No doubt I'll pop back when I need cheering up again. I'm definately no spi either!

No need to apologise, my message was very brief, and can easily see how this may have been misinterpreted.
I'm a non-resident just about to invest. Would be interested in hearing of your experiences and any problems you may have had buying abroad.

This isn't a happy "spain" experience, but it's one that made me smile! My 7 year old son goes to a junior school here in Dubai and, today, they officially inaugurated the secondary division of the school with the Duchess of Cornwall, Camilla Parker Bowles (Prince Charles was attending the Dubai Healthcare City at the time). So my son, telling me about the incidence, said 'Mummy, it was so boring!! We just saw the main hall, and one classroom!! And then we were standing waving our flags (Union Jacks) outside and she came up to me and said "Hi, what's your name" and I said "My name's Jake" and then she just moved on!!' All the while, after the school askiing us that the children look presentable and have their shoes polished, etc., my son, who has had swimming in school this morning, has his socks inside out and his shirt buttoned up wrong, so he's got one collar two inches higher than the other and his flies undone is saying "how boring" it was!!
Can't love him any more than I already do!!!
