Has anyone ever succeeded in returning a Domo phone to telefonica ? 1004 promised to send the labels, but of course don't. Telefonica shops will not accept it. Basically they have made it impossible to return these telephones and we are having to pay for a telephone we do not want, help anyone ?

I haven't found myself in that situation, thankfully, but just in case you don't know, if you don't have a Telefonica phone they will not give you a maintenance service for the wires inside the house, that's it, if there is a problem with your telephone they can send a technician to check the outside wiring and connection to the telephone box, but if that is ok then you have to look for a private telephone man to check the inside wires in the house and the actual telephone itself. So it is really maintenance what you pay when paying for the DOMO set.

I will send them a fax notifying all the details, that way you will have a prove of everything that has been happening. Then go to the consumer offices and made a claim.

Just a few bits on telefonica. They seem to indulge in inertia selling and bill you for stuff you haven't ordered or may not need. The remedy is to call them on 1004 and ask for an English speaking operator. Then spend 10 mins explaining your grievance. After you do this 5/6 times they will give up and refund you. They are doing exactly what you think they are doing and there are no honest mistakes.
