El Presidente and Moi are 'sunning' ourselves in UK at the mo............................................more like dodging the raindrops!

Looking forward to returning on Saturday ( late ) and hoping the Spanish sun is shining !!!

I have removed the two comments from my blog entitled Aftermath.

I have done this simply because our community was named in the comments.

Please, feel free to comment, BUT please do not publicise our community name.................I have never done so............................and please remember, my blog was and is....................

I have never intended to use MY blog as an information sheet for our Community.

I have NEVER mentioned the name of our Community for SECURITY reasons..................so whoever put the comment on my Aftermath blog SHOULD have been more circumspect, especially as there were only a handful of the owners at the AGM.

I DID NOT want our Community named, so thankyou.........'residents of.............'   for messing it up.

I had no intention of discussing our AGM on my blog...................that is NOT what my blog was for.........however the person who made the anonymous comment needs to be aware of facts. An Administrator cannot stop a meeting, only the Presidente can and did. Votes sent via a 3rd party should never be allowed.

I do not wish to post more as washing your dirty laundry in public is never a good idea.

What goes around comes around................................................................

El Presidente had reason to stop the AGM in mid-flow...........................................don't think it's a good idea for me to post more on here !!!!!!!!

However, life goes on...........................

Well folks.........here we are again, AGM time !!

And doesn't it bring out the BEST in people ? OR at least, it brings out the best in some people.

El Presidente and Moi have heard the most outrageous tales of what we have and have not done, what we have and have not paid for and what we have or have not said !!

And for what??.....................really.................if you want to be Presidente, then you should want to be Presidente for the good of your Community.........and you need to achieve this 'lofty' position with truth and decency, no lies, no cheating and not for your own ends !!

Contrary to mis-information that is being circulated by certain parties the owners of apartment 128, in fact, personally pay for ALL their facilities including internet, telephone and satellite TV installation.

Moi and El Presidente have felt compelled to put the above information on the notice boards in our apartment blocks to dispel the untruths that abound at the moment.
