Given the size of the DV development and a number of other developments at the top of the hill, it would seem like a sensible move for someone to open up a small shop and a cafe/bar near us.

Has anyone heard that this is/might be happening?

Hi Chris

We were told when we purchased that there was going to be a commercial centre at the top of the hill but are not sure if this will ever happen.  It could be a bit like the Disney rumour.

We were told last September that all the foundations etc were being done for a supermarket but there would only be one there if one of the supermarkets decided it was needed -hence it could come in time but not until the Village got busy. Hopefully it will happen later on.
